Kurt Boughan (Ph.D., U. of Iowa, 2006) is the department specialist in Early Modern Europe and the History of Science and Medicine. His research interests are later medieval Italian scholastic medical theory and early Renaissance Italian urban culture. He has published in Studies in Medieval and Renaissance Teaching<\/em> and Medieval Perspectives<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
