Sole, Ph.D., CSCS"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-associate-professor-of-health-and-human-performance-head-of-the-department-of-health-and-human-performance\">Associate Professor of Health and Human Performance, Head of the Department of Health and Human Performance<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bio<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. Christopher Sole is an Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Health and Human Performance at The Citadel. Dr. Sole completed his Ph.D., in Sport Physiology and Performance from East Tennessee State University. He also holds a Master of Science in Exercise Science from East Stroudsburg University and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Manhattan College. As a sport scientist and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), he has worked with collegiate athletes, first responders, and military personnel enhancing training practices and improving physical preparedness. Dr. Sole has been a member of the Citadel faculty since 2015.
