When looking through various colleges, The Citadel stuck out the most. It was a place where I could truly test my own limits. I came to The Citadel to become a stronger leader and someone to serve with integrity. The challenges faced every day are what define a cadet and shape me to that goal.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-citadel\">The Citadel<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>There are about 2,400 undergraduate students who make up the <strong>South Carolina Corps of Cadets<\/strong>. <strong>82%<\/strong> of Cadets receive financial aid, and over <strong>88%<\/strong> are employed at the time of graduation. Students can choose from <strong>over<\/strong> <strong>30 Majors<\/strong>, <strong>50 Minors<\/strong> in five academic schools, with an accelerated medical program.
