Purchase Requisitions (PRs) should be entered allowing enough time to receive the item or service.\u00a0 If a good is not received or service not completed by June 30th, it will be a Fiscal Year 2026 expense.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contact the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.citadel.edu\/procurement\/contact-us\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Procurement Office<\/a> if a Fiscal Year 2026 Purchase Requisition is required before July 1st.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>FY26 PRs will be approved only if the PO is required prior to July 1st.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Receive on POs as soon as items are received or service complete to expedite payment processing before the end of June.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Forward invoices to <a href=\"mailto:ap@citadel.edu\">ap@citadel.edu<\/a>.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Be sure to include the receiving number, if applicable<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-citadel-blue-color\"><strong>PLEASE NOTE:<\/strong><\/mark> <strong>Prepayments for items to be received or performed after June 30th will be expensed in FY26 (i.e. no reduction of FY25 budgets).\u00a0This includes maintenance plans, dues, subscriptions, and expenses for travel after June 30th.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>JUNE 12TH<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cut Off date for Purchase Requisitions for FY25.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Last day to submit petty cash reimbursements to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.citadel.edu\/sbs\/faculty-and-staff-resources\/petty-cash-procedure\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Student Business Services Office<\/a> for FY25.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Last day to place Central Supply Orders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review open purchase orders on FPIOPOF and enter a receipt for all goods\/services that have been received\/rendered so that invoices can process for payment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-citadel-blue-color\">PLEASE NOTE:<\/mark><\/strong> <strong>For any remaining open purchase orders, please let the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.citadel.edu\/procurement\/contact-us\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Procurement Office<\/a> know if they will not be used before the end of the fiscal year so they can be closed and the funds can be unencumbered.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>JUNE 16TH<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u2022 Purchase Requisitions for Fiscal Year 2026 can be requested from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.citadel.edu\/procurement\/contact-us\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Procurement Office<\/a>. Please contact them to get a PR number and remember to manually enter it when putting in the PR. <strong>Banner will not automatically number for FY26 until after June 30th.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><strong>JUNE<\/strong> 19TH<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cut off for Direct Pay Requests (DPRs).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><strong>JUNE<\/strong> 26TH<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Last day to enter interdepartmental transfers (IDTs) or uploads charging other campus departments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Last check run for FY25.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All cash receipts for FY25 <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">MUST<\/span> <\/strong>be in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.citadel.edu\/sbs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Student Business Services Office<\/a> by <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">10:00am on June 26th<\/span><\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>One Card system will shut down Thursday, June 26th at 5:00pm.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Last day to use purchasing cards. Any charges not processed by Bank of America by this date will be a FY26 expense.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>JUNE 30TH<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Banner system will shut down on Monday, June 30th at noon.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>JULY 1ST<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Banner and One Card systems will re-open on Tuesday, July 1st at 6:00am.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>First check run for FY26.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>JULY 10TH<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Last day to complete purchasing card reconciliation and make any necessary changes in Banner.
