Sign Up to Receive Tax Forms Electronically<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If you have not already done so, we encourage you to sign up to receive your tax forms electronically via My Citadel Portal. This is the quickest way to receive your tax forms each year. If no electronic consent has been given, the printed forms will be mailed by January 31st<\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To consent, follow the directions below:<\/strong>
1. Log into My Citadel Portal<\/a>
2. Locate the Employee Resources card<\/strong>.
3. Click “Employee Self Service<\/strong>“.
4. Under the Taxes<\/strong> drop down, select Electronic Regulatory Consent<\/strong>
5. Check the box under My Choice<\/strong> for the tax forms you’d like to receive electronically
6. Select the Submit<\/strong> button<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Current Employee Access Options<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If you have not provided electronic consent, your tax forms will be mailed to your home address on file. If you have provided electronic consent, you can view and print your tax forms from My Citadel Portal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To access your tax forms, follow the directions below:<\/strong>
1. Log into My Citadel Portal<\/a>
2. Locate the Employee Resources card<\/strong>.
3. Click “Employee Self Service<\/strong>“.
4. Under the Taxes<\/strong> drop down, select W-2 Wage and Tax Statement<\/strong> or 1095-C Employer Provided Health Insurance Offer and Coverage Statement<\/strong>
5. Select the Tax Year<\/strong> you want to view and then select Display<\/strong>
6. Click Printable W-2<\/strong> or Printable 1095-C<\/strong> at the bottom left
7. Once the W-2 or 1095-C is displayed, select print from your web brower or save as a PDF<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you have not provided electronic consent, your tax forms will be mailed to your home address on file. If you need to update your home address, please contact Human Resources at hr@citadel.edu<\/a>.
