The scholarships support students awarded a national ROTC scholarship through the national board processes described in the links below on each branch\u2019s website. However, it was a scholarship opportunity that opened her eyes to a career in cyber security. She received an email awarding her the Scholarship for Service (SFS). The SFS is a National Science Foundation grant award. The scholarship is designed to recruit and train professionals to meet the growing demands of the cybersecurity profession. \u201cI never expected to be interested in computers or coding, and it\u2019s just opened a new door for me.
