Events booked less than three months out require payment in full.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Due 30 days following event<\/em>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Additional Fees<\/strong> &#8211; Any additional fees incurred will be invoiced within 30 days following the event and payment is due within 10 days of receipt of invoice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Venue Rental Rates<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The rental rates for all event venues include furniture (i.e. tables, chairs), cleaning services, and an onsite venue coordinator. Other charges may apply for additional event services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To inquire about current venue rental rates, go to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.citadel.edu\/events\/contact-us\/\">Contact Us<\/a> page.
