Some of these event services are offered at The Citadel, while other services are provided by an outside equipment company. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-coblocks-accordion\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-coblocks-accordion-item\"><details><summary class=\"wp-block-coblocks-accordion-item__title\"><strong>Are<\/strong> <strong>you renting from an outside equipment company?<\/strong><\/summary><div class=\"wp-block-coblocks-accordion-item__content\">\n<p>All vendor information, requested services, and set-up requirements are to be submitted to the Office of Event Management for approval at least 2 weeks before your event. Vendors must possess a business license and insurance coverage.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-for-external-groups\"><i class=\"fas fa-globe-americas\"><\/i> For External Groups<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-coblocks-accordion\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-coblocks-accordion-item\"><details><summary class=\"wp-block-coblocks-accordion-item__title\">Room Setup<\/summary><div class=\"wp-block-coblocks-accordion-item__content\">\n<p>Standard indoor banquet tables and chairs (for indoor use only) are included in the venue rental. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please <u><a href=\"https:\/\/www.citadel.edu\/events\/contact-us\/\">Contact Us<\/a><\/u>&nbsp;to finalize a floor plan!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tables and chairs will be set per the approved floor plan.
