The venue rental rate, or total cost to rent the venue, is listed in Attachment A (Terms & Conditions) of the Letter of Agreement.
If you are missing an agreement, please Contact Us before proceeding with payment.
Do payments apply to all groups?
Rental fees only apply to external groups.
For internal groups, other charges (i.e. direct, custodial, and/or administrative) may be issued to their Banner index number.

Payment Schedule
Due with signed Letter of Agreement:
- Reservation Fee – A non-refundable payment is due at signing to reserve the date.
Due 3 months prior to event:
- Remaining Balance – Any amount still owed is due 3 months prior to the event.
What about installments?
For events booked more than 3 months in advance, small payments may be made at regular intervals. These installments sum up to the final balance.
Venue Rental Rates
The rental rates for all event venues include room setup/tear-down, tables, chairs, cleaning services, and an onsite venue coordinator. Other charges may apply for additional event services.
