The J. Lawton and Emmah S. Ellis Electrical and Computer Engineering Teaching Award recognizes an ECE faculty member who has been recognized by both the faculty and students in recognition of exemplary teaching and dedicated involvement with the students. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The award is named for J. Lawton and Emmah S. Ellis, who were both exceptional academics and friends of The Citadel. The gift supporting this award was made from the trust of Emmah Smith Ellis upon her death in 2008. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
