id=\"block-f915dd7d-8e1c-4c90-a8f7-30e7118230b1\">The Distinguished Scholars Program supports student-led Distinguished Scholar Projects through mentoring, guidance, and financial support.&nbsp;With this form, Distinguished Scholars will report on the activities for which they have received funding to enhance or support their projects. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-f915dd7d-8e1c-4c90-a8f7-30e7118230b1\">Within six months of applying for Distinguished Scholars Program Enrichment Activity Grant, scholars must complete the grant reporting form
