Textbooks are also billed to this account and delivered to students during the first weekend. Payment is due prior to the start of the session; this payment will secure class placement. All payments must be made online, please do not send cash or check.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Billing statements are available for those who have registered. Upon registration, please allow 1-2 business days for your billing statement to be available. Once the billing statement is available, you may begin making payments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Payment options include:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Paying the full amount in a single payment (required if registering on or after June 30<sup>th<\/sup>)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Making smaller installment payments (i.e., weekly, semi-weekly, etc.), as long as the balance is paid in full by June 30<sup>th<\/sup><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>*The sooner you register, the sooner you can begin making payments. Please ensure all payments are received by June 30<sup>th<\/sup>, or within one business day of registration, to secure your spot in the program. &nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To pay your bill:<br>1. Log in to <a href=\"http:\/\/my.citadel.edu\">My Citadel Portal<\/a><br>2. Locate the Student Business Services card. <br>3. Click \u201cMake a Payment and Review Billing Information\u201d.<br>4. Click <strong>Pay Your Bill<\/strong> on the left of the page under the heading Manage Money &amp; Make Payments.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For questions regarding payments, please contact <a href=\"https:\/\/www.citadel.edu\/sbs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Student Business Services<\/a> at (843) 953-5254 or <a href=\"mailto:sbs@citadel.edu\">sbs@citadel.edu<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-f-inancial-aid-amp-scholarships\"><strong>F<\/strong>inancial Aid &amp; Scholarships<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<p>There are limited, financial aid based, scholarship opportunities available to CSI students. In order to be considered, a student\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/studentaid.gov\/h\/apply-for-aid\/fafsa\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">FAFSA<\/a> must be submitted through <a href=\"https:\/\/www.citadel.edu\/financial-aid\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">The Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships<\/a>. Students must also be <a href=\"https:\/\/www.citadel.edu\/csi\/csi-registration\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">registered<\/a> for CSI. Scholarships will be awarded no later than May 15.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For questions regarding FAFSA, please contact <a href=\"https:\/\/www.citadel.edu\/financial-aid\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">The Office of Financial Aid &amp; Scholarships<\/a> at (843) 953-5187 or <a href=\"mailto:financial_aid@citadel.edu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">financial_aid@citadel.edu<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-additional-costs\">Additional Costs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-textbooks\">Textbooks<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The cost of textbooks varies according to the course, but the average cost for CSI is $200-250. Textbooks are pre-ordered and delivered to the barracks for each student. The cost of the textbooks is billed to the student account. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-p-arking\"><strong>P<\/strong>arking<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Parking is limited on campus, but if a student must bring a car, a parking pass must be obtained at an additional cost of $75. Vehicles may only be used to drive to campus prior to drop off and back home after check out. A CSI administrator will keep car keys safe and the vehicle will remain parked for the duration of CSI.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To obtain a parking pass, email&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:onecard@citadel.edu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">onecard@citadel.edu<\/a> and include the information listed below. Such expenses could include on-campus dining options like Starbucks and Chick-Fil-A, or from the campus bookstore or cadet store. *Note: All meal costs are covered in the CSI program fee. Visits to Starbucks, etc. are optional. Please note that summer hours will be in effect for these facilities.
