It builds a foundation in best practices for teaching and learning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Faculty 101 is required for new full-time faculty and ROTC instructors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-what-you-will-complete\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">What You Will Complete<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Monthly sessions in which subject-matter experts from across campus lead discussion and reflection on a range of teaching topics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-how-it-works\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">How It Works<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sessions meet once a month for one hour throughout the year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-get-started\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Get Started<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">New faculty are enrolled in the Faculty 101 course in Canvas, which supports the series.
