Igor Jablokov is the founder and chairman of Pryon, a Raleigh-based AI company focused on making enterprise knowledge accessible through natural language systems. Before Pryon, he built Yap, one of the earliest cloud speech platforms, which was acquired by Amazon and helped shape the technology behind Alexa.Earlier, as a Program Director at IBM, he led early work that foreshadowed Watson and co-developed an early multimodal browser. Jablokov holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Penn State (Outstanding Engineering Alumnus) and an MBA from UNCC. He is recognized as an Industry Luminary by Speech Technology Magazine, was awarded an Eisenhower Fellowship, and named Executive of the Year in Artificial Intelligence by the North Carolina Leadership Conference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2025, he was appointed to North Carolina\u2019s AI Leadership Council, advising the state on responsible AI innovation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dr. Michael Weeks is the Dean and Robert A. Jolley Chair of Business Administration for the Tommy and Victoria Baker School of Business. His teaching interests include strategy, leadership, and innovation management. His scholarly research includes numerous articles on topics of technology management and leadership in journals such as the California Management Review, the Journal of Leadership and Organizational Studies, the International Journal of Innovation Management, and the International Journal of Selection and Assessment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dr. Weeks has consulted for companies in a variety of industries and serves on the Board of Directors for Hendry Marine Industries in Tampa, FL. Additionally, he served for over 20 years as an officer in the United States Air Force, retiring at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. As a pilot, he has over 3500 hours in the C-141, T-38, T-3, and T-37 aircraft. He also served two tours as an instructor at the United States Air Force Academy. He holds the FAA multi-engine Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dr. Weeks earned Doctor of Philosophy and Master of Science degrees from the University of Oxford in the United Kingdom. Tom Barkin is the president and CEO of the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond. He has held this position since 2018. Tom serves on the Fed\u2019s chief monetary policy body, the Federal Open Market Committee, and is also responsible for the Richmond Fed\u2019s bank supervision and the Federal Reserve\u2019s technology organization. He is \u201con the ground\u201d continually in the Fed\u2019s Fifth District, which covers South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, D.C., West Virginia and Maryland. Mark Dajani served as Senior Vice President of Global Business Services and Chief Information Officer at Carlsberg Group, based in Copenhagen, Denmark. In this role, Mark was responsible for the company’s business services, including information technology and digital transformation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prior to Carlsberg, Mark was the Head of Global Business Services for Mondel\u0113z International in Chicago, Illinois. He was responsible for all aspects of Information Technology, Process Excellence, and Enterprise Shared Services. He was appointed to this expanded role upon the launch of Mondel\u0113z International in October 2012, following the separation of the Kraft Foods North American grocery business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tammy Finley is Of Counsel at the Gentry Locke law firm in Roanoke, Virginia. Previously, she served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Advance Auto Parts, Inc. (NYSE: AAP), a leading provider of automotive aftermarket parts, accessories, batteries and maintenance items. Advance operates over 4500 stores in U.S. and Canada, serving both the do-it-yourself and professional installer customer markets. In her executive role, Tammy oversaw Advance\u2019s legal function, including corporate compliance and ethics. She also served as Corporate Secretary, advising Advance\u2019s Board of Directors on corporate governance matters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tammy held multiple senior leadership positions at Advance during her 25+ year tenure, including overseeing its legal, compliance, human resources and communications functions, as well as risk management, ESG strategy\/disclosures and community\/government relations. Tammy was a labor and employment attorney with The Center for Employment Law, PC prior to joining Advance. She also clerked with the Virginia Supreme Court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tammy received her law degree from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William & Mary. She received her undergraduate degree from Virginia Tech.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He previously spent 24 years as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of W.W. Grainger, Inc., \u0430 Fortune 500 industrial distributor, where he advised the Board and executive leadership in navigating complex regulatory, organizational, and competitive challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prior to joining the private sector, Mr. Howard held several senior positions in the Federal government, including Associate Deputy Attorney General at the U.S. Department of Justice and Counsel to the Vice President at the White House.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Longview Global Advisors provides three services: trends monitoring and analysis, thought leadership, and executive positioning. To do this, the firm draws on a network of experts to provide insights that bring the outside world in, connect the dots, and enable executives to talk about the world\u2014not just their business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DJ founded Longview in 2013 and he has worked with clients in a range of sectors, including financial services, consumer goods, energy, automotive, technology, entertainment, real estate, and professional services. Earlier in his 30-year career, DJ was a researcher and consultant at the Eurasia Group, a leading global affairs advisory firm, The RAND Corporation, the original strategy think-tank, and Radio Free Europe\/Radio Liberty. DJ earned his BA in Soviet Area Studies and Russian from Duke University and his MA and PhD in Political Science from UCLA.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
