{"id":152,"date":"2022-10-07T13:02:48","date_gmt":"2022-10-07T17:02:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.citadel.edu\/ccs\/?page_id=152"},"modified":"2023-12-01T10:08:15","modified_gmt":"2023-12-01T15:08:15","slug":"prospective-students","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.citadel.edu\/ccs\/prospective-students\/","title":{"rendered":"Prospective Students"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-department-overview\">Department Overview<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Department of Cyber and Computer Sciences offers the B.S. in Computer Science (accredited by the Computing Accreditation Commission of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.abet.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ABET<\/a>); the B.S. in Cyber Operations; the M.S. in Computer and Information Sciences (jointly with the College of Charleston); graduate certificates in cybersecurity, information systems, and software engineering; and undergraduate minors in computer programming, data science, cybersecurity, and cyber interdisciplinary studies. The department has six tenure-track faculty positions plus several talented adjunct faculty members.
