Air Force ROTC Detachment 765 is located at The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina in the beautiful and historic city of Charleston, South Carolina. The Citadel has a long and proud tradition of educating young men and women for leadership opportunities in all walks of life. The AFROTC department supports The Citadel’s mission by putting leadership principles into practice in and outside the classroom. Cadets will participate in hands-on experiences and leadership-building exercises to become principled leaders. Joining the AFROTC provides graduates with the opportunity to commission into the Air Force or Space Force as an officer and leader. This means graduates that decide to commission into the Air Force or Space Force will have leadership opportunities with the responsibility of a management position straight out of college. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
