Captain Tyler S. Saleck is an Assistant Professor of Aerospace Studies and Education Officer at the Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps Detachment 765, The Citadel. Captain Saleck teaches the senior level cadet curriculum and prepares our graduating class for Active Duty. As the Education Officer, he is responsible for training the cadre and oversight of the official Air Force Officer Qualification Test and Basic Aviation Skills testing for one of the largest cadet corps in the Air Force.
Capt Saleck attended the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, CO and commissioned 28 May 2015. During his previous assignment, Captain Saleck served as Program Manager (PM), AFLCMC/HBDB, Hanscom AFB, MA, charged with keeping costs, schedule, and performance of government programs balanced.
