The 2009 Children's Book Institute will meet Jan. 20, 24, 27 Feb. 17, 21, 24 Mar 17, 21, 24 . Tuesday sessions are 4:30-7:30 pm at the Citadel, Saturday sessions are 9:00 am-5:00 pm. Applications for the 2009 Children's Books Institute will be accepted until January 15, 2009.
