STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE: The Citadel is in compliance with Comprehensive Standard M4.

 

RATIONALE FOR JUDGMENT OF COMPLIANCE:

A signed copy of The Citadel Board of Visitors' "Conflict of Interest Policy" is linked as Reference 1. The subject is also addressed in the Board's "Commitment to Excellence and Ethics" document which says that members will "adhere to a conflict of interest policy to avoid even the appearance of impropriety" [Reference 2]. Both of these policies are publicly posted on the Board's web site.
