The Citadel to host summer camp for young writers

The Lowcountry Writing Project is hosting a week-long camp for student writers in grades four through eight.

Local writer Tate Nation, illustrator of "Yo Sacramento!" and "Yo Millard Filmore" is this year's featured speaker.

The camp will take place from 9 a.m. to noon June 19-23, in Bond Hall Rooms 161, 165 and 166. Students should bring a piece of writing in progress.
