First-Year Student Transitions Questionnaire (Version 2)


The purpose of this questionnaire is to learn more about how students perceive their transition from home and high school to life as a first-year college student. A transition can be defined as any change from one situation to a new situation that is significant in a student’s life (e.g., a family change, a new school, a move, etc.). Your responses to this questionnaire are anonymous.

Please respond to each statement by selecting one of the following:
