Donna Varner - Communications Specialist

Donna has wide range of voice communications experience. She consults campus users on telecommunications solutions and helps them to resolve telephone troubles. She assists in special projects involving major moves on campus, wiring, as well as annual publication of The Citadel Telephone Directory. She verifies and reconciles a variety of telecommunications invoices each month and is responsible for nearly 200 departmental telephone accounts. Donna also maintains inventory of telecommunications supplies, maintains all active pagers and cell phones on campus for staff, and acts as a liaison between The Citadel and various telecom agencies including AT&T, the Department of State Information Technology (DSIT), Spirit Telecom, and cellular and paging vendors.
