Each year, Staff Council receives over 100 Angel Tree cards from our local DSS/HALOS office.  These cards list the names of children, as well as their age, gender, and gift request. The Citadel family has always done a tremendous job of helping these children during the holiday season by providing them gifts.  We are asking for your assistance again as we kick-off our annual Angel Tree gift project for 2016.

Please take as many cards as you are able and make this Christmas season special for these children in the Charleston area.

Angel Tree Locations:
Bond Hall
Capers Hall
Thompson Hall
Human Resources
Daniel Library

Here's what you do:
1.) Select a card from any tree.
2.) Wrap your gifts or put them in gift bags.
3.) ATTACH THE RED ANGEL TREE CARD TO YOUR GIFTS. If you have more than one package, copy the card and attach to all gifts.  This will ensure your gifts get to the right child.
Drop Off Locations

Drop off your wrapped gift with attached card at the following locations:
Facilities and Engineering
Human Resources
Math Department (Thompson Hall, 3rd Floor)
Cadet Activities (Mark Clark Hall 211)

All gifts are due Monday, December 5th.

Other Ways to Give

If you would like to make a monetary donation, please bring all donations to your Staff Council Representative.  Staff Council will use that money to purchase gifts. Click the link above to find your Staff Council Representive.

If you can't afford to purchase gifts on your own, get together with your friends, classmates and/or co-workers and do something good for someone else.  Spend what you can and have fun.

If you would like to purchase gifts or provide funds to assist with unclaimed cards, please bring those to the Facilities & Engineering office anytime, or call me and I will come pick it up!

If you have any questions, please contact me.
