College of Charleston Army ROTC

As a College of Charleston student there are two routes to pursue a commission as an Army Lieutenant on active duty, the Army Reserve, or Army National Guard:

1. Complete the basic Army ROTC courses during your freshman and sophomore year and the advanced courses junior and senior year. You can contract starting your sophomore year (@30 credit hours, depending on major).

2. If you did not complete the basic courses, you may attend the Leader’s Training Course before your junior year of college (considering you have two years of college remaining).
