Dr. Fernald is Assistant Professor of Psychology. Her current research and teaching interests include academic and behavioral interventions, school-based mental health services, and school psychology training and practice issues. Prior to joining the faculty at The Citadel, Dr. Fernald worked as a school psychologist in Virginia and Maryland. She is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist.
