2 p.m. - Tennis vs.
James Madison, Earle Tennis Center.
6:15 p.m. - Evening
meal followed by The Citadel Corps of Cadets' 161st birthday celebration
with local alumni, Coward Mess Hall (Open to cadets only).
7:30 p.m. - The Cadet Talent Show, McAlister Field House (admission for
non-cadets $3).
Friday, 12 March
11 - a.m. - Second Annual Citadel Undergraduate Research conference poster
display, Prioleau Room of Daniel Library (Continues through 15 March).
1:30 p.m.- Registration,
Mark Clark Hall Auditorium.
2 p.m. - Citadel Family Association Open Meeting, Bond Hall, Room 165.
2 p.m. - Tennis vs. UNC at Greensboro, Earle Tennis Center.
3:45 p.m. - Review to commemorate the 161st Anniversary of the Corps of
Cadets
and to recognize Gold Corps Alumni, Summerall Field.
9 p.m. - Corps Day Hop, McAlister Field House. The band Liquid Pleasure
performs. (Open to cadets only).
Saturday, 13 March
8 a.m. - Parents' Prayer Ministry breakfast, Regimental Commanders' Riverview
Room.
8:30 a.m. - Registration, coffee, sale of mementos, Mark Clark Hall Auditorium.
8:45 a.m. - Barracks and facilities open to visitors. Citadel Pipe Band
will perform at each barracks. Barracks close at 10 a.m.
9 a.m. - Summerall Guards performance/ Bond Volunteers exchange of rifles,
presentation of Anthony Griffin Sword and Clubb Award, Summerall Field.
9 a.m. - Volleyball, McAlister Field House.
10:15 a.m. - The Citadel Story - A musical narration of the history of
The Citadel, Summerall Field.
11 a.m. - Parade review for Board of Visitors, Palmetto Medals and Brigadier
Foundation President's Award, Summerall Field.
Noon - Tennis vs. University of Tennessee, Earle Tennis Center.
Sunday, 14 March
9 a.m. - Protestant service, Summerall Chapel. Reception to follow, Mark
Clark Hall patio.
10:45 a.m. - Catholic Mass, Summerall Chapel. Reception to follow, Mark
Clark Hall patio.
Noon - Tennis vs.
Georgia Southern, Earle Tennis Center.
6:30 p.m. Catholic
Mass, Summerall Chapel.
Note - Inclement weather schedule for outdoor events will be announced
as situation requires.
