Commencement day seating

          Each graduating cadet will receive 10 tickets for family and friends. Everyone who enters McAlister Field House for commencement must have a ticket. Tickets are distributed by the Department of Cadet Activities. Please note that an announcement sent by the graduate is not a ticket for seating. For information, call 953-5111.

          You must arrive and be seated before the processional begins. Those not seated by 9:20 a.m. must wait until the processional's conclusion before being seated.

          The ceremony begins at 9:30 a.m., Saturday, May 10 and will last approximately 3 hours.

          Tickets are not required for either the commencement for the College of Graduate and Professional Studies on Sunday, May 4, or the baccalaureate service on Thursday, May 8. Seating, however, is limited for the baccalaureate service in Summerall Chapel.

          Designated seating is provided for members of the media who are covering the commencement service. For information, call Public Affairs at 953-6779.
