Schedule of Events

Friday, Sept. 20

3 p.m. -- Pre parade reception for guests and honorees, Bond Hall lobby.

3:45 p.m.-- South Carolina Corps of Cadets parade on Summerall Field.

Saturday, Sept. 21

Noon -- Tailgate lunch for tri-county educators.

2 p.m. -- Kickoff of The Citadel v. Western Carolina game.

Half time -- Educator recognition and award presentation.

          Discount tickets for educators are available at The Citadel ticket office inMcAlisterField House before game day. On the day of the game tickets can be purchased at the Education Appreciation Day tent on the Congress Street side of Johnson Hagood Stadium near gate 10.

          In honor of Education Appreciation Day, The Citadel faculty, staff and students have been collecting school supplies to donate to tri-county schools. Boxes also will be set up at Saturday's game. Anyone can donate school supplies to support the Charleston Berkeley and Dorchester county school districts.
