Fenner to Speak as Part of Women's History at The Citadel

          In celebration of Women's History Month, Dr. Lorry M. Fenner will speak on Social Experiment, Citizenship Obligation or Military Necessity? The History of Women in the American Military on March 22 at 7:00 p.m. in the Daniel Library on The Citadel campus. A reception will follow.

          Dr. Fenner, a lieutenant colonel in the United State Air Force, is currently the USAF Academy fellow at the National War College at the National Defense University, Ft McNair, Washington, D.C. where she teaches the core course, Military Thought and Strategy.
