As part of National Engineer's Week, The Citadel and local engineers will host an exciting engineering fair on Saturday, February 26, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in Grimsley Hall on The Citadel campus. The public is invited to attend.
Craft Stick Bridge Competition, 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
Craft stick bridges, built and designed by Lowcountry middle school students using only craft sticks and carpenters' wood glue, will be tested for strength to weight ratio. Bridges will be loaded at mid-span until collapse. The maximum load divided by the bridge weight will determine students' scores.
Mad Science Hands-On Program, 9:30-10:30 a.m. and 10:30-11:30 a.m.

The World's Fastest Computer
A hands-on demonstration of the world's fastest computer, a Kryotech Super G (1GHz).
Cadet Inventions
Cadets will demonstrate their senior design projects.
