CHARLESTON, S.C., Sept. 12.--Like to go to Mexico but just can't right now? The Daniel Library Friends at The Citadel have the answer: let Mexico come to you!

The intrigue of San Miguel and beauty of Mexico's mountain highlands will be brought to us in living color on Thursday evening, Sept. 25, by Charleston artist Marty Whaley Adams who spent the summer there. Ms. Adams will discuss the culture, art and customs of San Miguel, and her experiences at the flamenco dancing clubs, bull fighting ring and the market place will produce a lively evening.

Ms. Adams' discussion accompanied by slides will begin at 6:30 p.m. in Bond Hall's lecture room, Room 165. The presentation and the reception that will follow in the Rare Book Room in Daniel Library are free and open to the public. Parking on campus will be available.
