CHARLESTON, SC (Nov. 3)--The Charleston Symphony Orchestra, in celebration of Veterans' Day and The Citadel's Homecoming '95, will perform "A Salute to the American Citizen-Soldier" Sunday, Nov. 12, at 4 p.m. in McAlister Field House on The Citadel campus.

     The concert, about an hour and a half in length, will feature an array of patriotic and popular music, including "Stars and Stripes Forever," music from "Schindler's List," and "American Salute," a medley of fifty state songs. The music will be interspersed with readings from "The Gettysburg Address" and other famous American documents.

     Admission to the concert is $25 for reserved seats and $5 for general admission. Tickets are available at the McAlister Field House Ticket Office or at any SCAT location. For more information call 953-5121.
