Multimedia Rooms on Campus

What is a multimedia room or auditorium?

A basic multimedia room is equipped with a computer, a DVD/VCR player, and a projection system. These rooms are mainly used by faculty and staff who teach using multimedia software, such as Microsoft PowerPoint. Some multimedia rooms also contain digital presenters and/or interactive whiteboards.

Multimedia Classrooms and Auditoriums on Campus

There are many multimedia classrooms and auditoriums on campus, but the Bond 165 auditorium is the ONLY room that is scheduled by Multimedia Services. To schedule Bond 165, please use EMS to request a reservation.  You can also use EMS to reserve other rooms on campus.  The link to the EMS system is located on the "Campus Life" tab in Lesesne Gateway.

If you are planning on using Bond 165:

  • All reservations for Bond 165 are made through Multimedia Services.
  • You may only use the auditorium during the time reserved.
  • A mandatory room briefing is required before keys to the auditorium will be issued.
  • Keys are issued to faculty and staff members; students will not be issued keys.
  • Students are required to be supervised at all times by a faculty or staff member while in the auditorium.
  • Please report any damages or misuse of the equipment or auditorium.
  • Food and beverages are not allowed in the auditorium.
  • Tobacco products are not allowed in the auditorium.
  • When finished in auditorium, please lock the multimedia cabinet and both doors.
