Upperclassman direct members of the largest freshman class in history onto buses to participate in the SHARE program. Formerly called Heroism Day, Leadership Day at The Citadel is designed to engage students in a meaningful educational and developmental process outside of the classroom by fostering learning through community service and through interaction with diverse populations and training for ethical and skilled leadership.
