Cadet access to barracks available 1300-1500 on Sunday
Cadets who need access to the barracks to retrieve books or personal items may do so on Sunday between 1-3 p.m. Those who need access should go by Public Safety or call their office at 953-5114. Access to the barracks will not be available on Sunday after 3 p.m.
The barracks will remain closed until further notice. However, cadets should watch for an announcement on Monday morning about when to return to campus. Cadets as well as faculty and staff are reminded to check the web site and DAWG line (843-953-3294) frequently for updated information and a possible change in instructions.
All classes on Monday and Tuesday (including CGPS classes) have been cancelled and will be made up at a later date.
Cadets who left campus on a weekend should not return until instructed to do so. Those instructions will be communicated on The Citadel's web site and the DAWG line.
All Citadel staff are expected to report on Monday as usual. Faculty are not expected to report on Monday or Tuesday.
Campus residents should follow directions issued by Charleston County Emergency Operations Center in preparations for Hurricane Ophelia.
