Banner, portal functions offline 9/25

Banner will be down for maintenance from 5:30pm until 11:00pm on Tuesday, 9/25. During this time systems that rely upon the Banner database including self-service and cadet systems will also be down. Please note that the Class Absence System will be down for an additional 30 minutes, until 11:30 pm, for its regular nightly update.

Full service has been restored to The Citadel's Exchange Email servers.
Banner, portal functions offline 9/21

Banner (SSB/INB) is currently off-line due to problems encountered with a software upgrade. Some integrated systems such as infirmary, cadet systems, ODS/EDW, and supporting portal channels reliant upon Banner are also affected.
Outage of bulldogalert.info on 9/10

The www.bulldogalert.info web site was unavailable from roughly 1:40 to 3:50 pm on Mon 2012-SEP-10 due to a problem in a non-Citadel data center. Further intermittent outages are possible.
Cadet Information Systems offline 8/29

Cadet information systems (absences, special orders, merit-demerit, etc) will be unavailable today 8/29/12 from 2:30pm until 2:45pm.
Multiple systems unavailable Friday 8/24

Multiple Citadel systems were unavailable earlier today (Friday 8/24) including e-mail, the Lesesne Gateway portal, Banner, the secure.citadel.edu VPN, wireless networking, and the www.citadel.edu Citadel web site. As of 9:50 AM on Friday 8/24, many of these systems are back online. Citadel staff are working to correct remaining issues. In the future, refer to www.bulldogalert.info for outage information.

Citadel e-mail offline

The Citadel e-mail system is currently offline. ITS is aware of the problem and is working to correct it.

Banner will be down from 6:30 pm until 6:35 pm on Tuesday 8/21. Some portal functions that rely on Banner will also be down while Banner is down (6:30 to 6:35 pm).
