Bannerweb Maintenance

Bannerweb will be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance tomorrow morning from 6:00-7:30am.

Emergency Network Maintenance

The Citadel’s connection between campus and the Ladson data center will be down for mandatory vendor maintenance this Thursday, 3/10/16 between 12am-5am.  The following services will be inaccessible from on-campus:  Banner-related systems, Lesesne Gateway, Citadel website, CAS, Kronos, EMS, Remoteapp, etc.  On-campus access to Citadel employee and student email, CitLearn, as well as general Internet browsing will not be affected.

Emergency Systems Maintenance:

Lesesne Gateway, Banner, and Banner related systems will be unavailable beginning Friday, 2/19/16 at 9 PM to perform emergency systems maintenance; this outage is expected to last 3 hours.

Citadel email delay *UPDATE* 12/9/15

ITS has implemented workarounds to resolve the Citadel email issue while we continue to work with Office 365 on a permanent resolution.  All normal Citadel email services were restored as of 4:00am EST on 12/9/15.  <Updated 4:25am on 12/9/15>.

Banner Production Outage

Banner production maintance scheduled today Nov 18th from 5pm to 9pm. 

REMOTEAPP server is currently offline

The remoteapp server is currently offline and ITS is working to resolve the issue. Posted: Nov 10th, 12:20pm

Scheduled Internet Outage - Nov 24

ITS will be performing network maintenance on Tue, Nov 24th from 6PM-12AM. During this time the campus will experience an internet outage.  If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the ITS Help Center at (843) 953-4357.

EPMS and ONESTOP systems are up

Cognos production now available


The Cognos server issue is now tentatively resolved.  Please report any further issues to ITS Help Center at 953-HELP (4357).  <Posted 11:45am 8/28/15>


Student Class Mailing lists now available

Student Class mailing lists have been updated and automated management is functioning correctly again.  Please contact the ITS Help Center at 953-HELP (4357) for any issues.  We apologize for any inconvenience this issue caused.  <Status updated 2:25pm on 8/17/15.>
