VOIP Phone Service

Our VOIP telephone service on campus is currently experiencing some issues; VOIP users cannot call on-campus, non-VOIP telephones.  ITS is coordinating with our telecom carrier to resolve these issues as quickly as possible.

Banner Scheduled Maintenance

Banner will be down for required maintenance from 3am-6am on Thursday, 11/17/16.

PageUp Unavailable

The PageUp Portal is currently unavailable.  ITS is working closely with the vendor to resolve these issues as quickly as possible. <posted: 10/31/16 @ 11:35 AM>

PageUp Maintenance

PageUp will be unavailable this evening from
9 PM- 1 AM for emergency system maintenance <posted 9/28/16 @ 4:12 PM>.

Banner Scheduled Maintenance

Banner systems will be down for maintenance this Thursday, 9/15/16 from 3:00am-6:00am.  Access to Banner systems will not be possible during this time.  Posted: 9/14/16 | 9:19 AM

System Maintenance

Campus network printing services and our cadet network registration (Bradford) system will both be unavailable this Saturday 8/6 from 2-3PM while system maintenance is performed. <Posted 8/4/16 at 10:54am>

Banner Maintenance

ITS will be conducting Banner maintenance Friday night, 8/5/16 from 11pm-2am.  Access to Banner INB, Bannerweb (Self-Service Banner) and associated systems will not be possible during this time.  <Posted 8/4/16 at 10:51am>

Scheduled Network Maintenance

The Citadel will be installing an additional Internet connection to campus on Monday, 7/25/2016 between 8pm-9pm.  This additional connection will provide redundancy for our current Internet connection and also provide additional capacity to the Internet.  We do not anticipate any interruption in service during this maintenance; however, there is always a possibility with this scope of work.

Citadel Network Restored

The Citadel network has been restored.  Network resources on campus as well as access to and from campus should be back online.   <Posted 7/6/16 at 8:37pm>

Lesesne Gateway and Banner Outage

Emergency system maintenance has been completed; service to Lesesne Gateway and Banner has been fully restored.  Please report any issues to the ITS Help Center at (843) 953-HELP.
