Banner Scheduled Outage

Banner and Banner Self-Service (BannerWeb) will be unavailable from Noon Friday, June 30th through 6 am Saturday, July 1st. This is necessary for Financial Services to successfully close out fiscal year 2017.

Banner system maintenance

Banner will be down for maintenance Saturday, 6/3 from 8:00pm-12:00am. Access to Banner systems will not be possible during this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Internet Outage

Campus-wide internet services are currently unavailable.  ITS is working to restore services as quickly as possible.

All systems are restored

Service has been restored to The Citadel’s virtual server environment. Please report any systems not working properly to the ITS Help Center at 953-HELP (4357).

Campus phone service is unavailable

There was a fiber cut due to off-site construction which is affecting phones globally. Spirit is aware of the problem and is working to get phones up and running as soon as possible.

PageUp Unavailable

PageUp is currently unavailable due to external service provider issues.  We thank you for your patience.  <Posted 2/28/17 @ 3:39 PM>

Banner Maintenance

Banner will be down for maintenance from 3am-4am, January 7th

VOIP Phone Service Currently Unavailable

VOIP telephone service (both outgoing and incoming calls) on campus is currently unavailable. Our carrier has identified the problem within their network and is working towards a resolution as quickly as possible.  They were unable to provide us with a time to resolution.

VOIP Phone Service

Our VOIP telephone service on campus is currently experiencing some issues; VOIP users cannot call on-campus, non-VOIP telephones.  ITS is coordinating with our telecom carrier to resolve these issues as quickly as possible.
