I graduated from The Citadel in 1988 with a degree in political science. I am originally from Willingboro, New Jersey and I joined Corps of Cadets as a member of the Regimental Band Company. Since graduating from The Citadel, I have worked in the field of healthcare and medical devices. In more recent years I have written and published a book, Divorced but Still Dad: Faith Principles of Fatherhood for Divorced Men. I also started a church, House of Light Church, in Burlington, New Jersey. I am married to a beautiful angel, Leslie A. Gordon.

What are your top three career achievements to date?
I achieved the position of vice president of global sales & marketing for an international molecular diagnostics manufacture, as well as the position of vice president of marketing & sales for an international consumer products company. I have also been voted Presidents Club & Director of the Year several years in a row.

What are your top three bucket list goals?
I hope to develop a worldwide Dads of Faith Ministry, to open a new church in the South, and to retire before the age of sixty.

How did attending The Citadel help position you for success?
Attending The Citadel helped me by instilling honor, integrity, persistence, dedication, and tenacity. My experiences at The Citadel gave me the tools I need to succeed in the face of adversity. Attending The Citadel also gave me a phenomenal network of lifelong friends.
