Sergeant First Class Rich is a graduate of the US Army Military Police School, Primary Leadership Development Course; Basic and Advanced Non-Commissioned Officers Course; Military Police Special Reaction Team Course; United States Army Recruiting School; and the United States Army Drill Sergeant Academy.
Sergeant First Class Rich has earned a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from the Charleston School of Law; a Master’s Degree in Human Relations with an emphasis on Counseling from Oklahoma University; and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Legal Studies and an Associates of Arts degree in Criminology from the University of Maryland.
In 2009, Sergeant First Class Rich graduated from the South Carolina Criminal Justice Academy Basic Law Enforcement training course as the Class Leader of over 100 new law enforcement officers.
