Timothy Limbert, MBA, MS

Tim holds an MBA as wellas an MS in Engineering from the University of Michigan and earned his BS in Mechanical Engineering from the US Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD. While at the Naval Academy, he was a member of the varsity cross country and track teams where he earned three coveted N0stars, qualified for NCAA championships, and won the Admiral Calvert Award for "Leadership, Loyalty and Perseverance."

After graduating at the top of his class (6th out of 929), he served for seven years in the Special Operations, {Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) and Diving} community. During his last deployment as an Officer-In-Charge, he successfully led EOD Mobile unit SIX Detachment 12 in a wide variety of security and combat action missions across the Middle East both afloat and ashore. Since leaving the naval service in 2005 and attending graduate school as a Tauber Institute Fellow at the University of Michigan, Mr. Limbert has been building and leading teams in various management roles. He currently works locally at SPARC as Program Manager in commercial services. Prior to that he worked for General Dynamics Land Systems - Force Protection.

Tim, his wife, Holly, and their two children reside in Mount Pleasant. He also enjoys running races of all kinds, growing his own food in the family garden and international mission work.
