Physical Readiness Training

 

 

 

 

 

Design your own Physical Fitness Training through a combination of the drills below.  Always start with the Preparation Drill, Movement Drill #1, and then build your own program ending with the Recovery Drill.  For more information on conducting these drills, to include reps, see FM 3-22-20.
