Computer Lab Reservation

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR FORM:

Use only one form for each reservation (this form can be re-submitted for multiple sections of the same course). Room requests will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

If you only need a lab for a few days, please do not reserve it for the entire semester. You can specify the date(s) you need in the Additional Comments section of the online form.

NO food or drinks are allowed in the Computer Labs.

After you submit your form(s) you will receive an email confirming your reservation(s). If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of submitting your form (with the exception of weekends or holidays), please contact the ITS Help Center to ensure we received your request.

** Please note that any submissions for reserving Thompson Labs will be forwarded to the Math and Computer Science Department for consideration.
