Colonel Dylan Ward Goff

Colonel Goff is a native of Columbia, South Carolina, where he practices law focusing in civil litigation. He has served as an armor officer in the Army National Guard since 2000 and is currently assigned to the 4th Battalion 118th Infantry in Union, South Carolina. In 2007 he deployed as a foreign military advisor to the Afghan National Police Forces in Helmand Province, Afghanistan, in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. His military decorations include the Bronze Star Medal and the Combat Action Badge. He serves on the Military and Veteran’s Law Section of the South Carolina Bar Association, is a member of the State Advisory Committee of the U.S. Global Leadership Coalition, and is past chair of the Board of Directors of Hidden Wounds. He is a frequent guest lecturer on the Constitution at the University of South Carolina School of Law.
