It is your responsibility to set up the seating arrangement for your event and to restore the normal seating arrangement at the end of your event. The color-coded chart near the light switch at the window shows the correct arrangement for the tables and chairs. If you use the multimedia equipment during the event, please do not leave them powered on longer than necessary. Please see a CSBA staff member in Bond 275 for assistance with the equipment, and/or to sign for the room key in advance. If you do not sign out the key, please ask a CSBA staff member to lock the room before you leave.
