Before you may participate, a Player Packet must be on file in the Extramural and Club Sport office. You may complete, print, and deliver forms, or come by the office to complete them. If you need help completing a form, we will be happy to provide assistance. You may use a telephone and/or fax machine in our office to contact a parent or guardian.
You are responsible for ensuring that your Player Packet is complete and accepted, and that you are eligible to participate.
Your team captain will receive periodic updates about player eligibility or you may contact the Extramural and Club Sport Office to check on your status.
Each club sport is required to collect dues from its members. The amount is set at the start of each year by team leadership. Contact your captain or coach for details.
Unless noted otherwise, all extramural events include out-of-pocket expenses. See the event point of contact for details.
Dues and fees are not covered by OneCard. You may make payment with debit/credit card, cash or check (made out to your team). Dues and fees are collected in the Extramural and Club Sport office: do not give your dues to any member of your team. Bring them to Deas Hall.
Before you may practice or compete, you must pay your dues. If you are not able to pay all dues owed at one time come by the Extramural and Club Sport office. We will set-up a plan that extends your due date not more than 30 days after the first practice.
