School of Business Leadership Forum announces two speakers
The Citadel School of Business today announced the remainder of the fall schedule for its Leadership Forum.

Sept. 27 - Peter Sulick, president and CEO of AmeriSite LLC

Peter Sulick will discuss “Business Leadership in the 21st Century: Evolution over the past 40 years.” He is currently President and CEO of AmeriSite LLC, a family owned real estate development and investment company. He is an entrepreneur with extensive background in building media and technology companies, executing their business strategy and building operations. Over the past 25 years he has founded four companies, including Independence Broadcasting Corp., PowerFone Inc., SSPCS Corp. and AmeriSite, LLC. Independence Broadcasting owned and operated nine radio stations in five Midwest markets.
Sulick founded IBC in 1985 grew it to approximately $15.0 million in revenue and 200 employees and liquidated the radio properties between 1995 and 1998. PowerFone, Inc, which Sulick and two partners founded in 1990, owned and operated specialized mobile radio operations across parts or all of seven states. PowerFone was sold in 1994 to Nextel Communications and became part of the Nextel nationwide network.
Sulick and one partner founded SSPCS Corp in 1993 for purposes of bidding on and operating digital cellular licenses being auctioned by the FCC. SSPCS was successful in acquiring 14 licenses across five markets. In conjunction with VoiceStream Corp., SSPCS operated these licenses until 2002 when VoiceStream, along with SSPCS, was acquired by Deutsch Telecom and became part of the T-Mobile nationwide network. AmeriSite was started in 1998 for purposes of real estate investment and development activities in Naples, Florida and elsewhere. AmeriSite currently has two commercial developments under way.
Oct. 1 - Wolfgang Feuchtmueller, senior general manager/senior advisor to the Board of Bank Austria Creditanstalt

Since 1999 Wolfgang Feuchtmueller has been senior general manager and senior advisor to the Board of Bank Austria Creditanstalt and since 2002 chief executive officer of the Notartreuhandbank. He will discuss “New Challenges in International Business and Finance: A European Perspective.”
Feuchtmueller joined Bank Austria Creditanstalt (former Oesterreichische Laenderbank) in 1974. Prior to his present position Wolfgang Feuchtmueller was head of the Corporate Customers Division (1991-1999), head of the Securities and Investment Banking Division (1985-1991), head of The Executive Office (1980-1984), assistant to the chairman (1976-1980) and lending officer (1974-1976). Feuchtmueller was one of the founding fathers of Notartreuhandbank in 1996. He is a former member of the Board of Managing Directors (2000 – 2001) and member of the Supervisory Board (1997 – 2000).
Born 1948 in Vienna, Feuchtmueller holds a doctoral degree in law (Vienna University), a master’s degree in business (Vienna School of Economics and Business Administration) and a MBA in corporate finance and portfolio management (Tulane University in New Orleans). He is teaching at the Vienna school of Economics and Business Administration and has published several books and contributions in scientific journals.
