Having problems accessing WISE?
For faculty and staff encountering difficulties opening The Citadel's WISE website:

Problem: Cannot open WISE
Solution: Disable any pop-up blockers (located in your browser or elsewhere on your computer). This is the most common solution.

If problems persist:

• review this first list of tips (applies to PAWS and WISE more-or-less equally)
• review this second list of tips (applies to PAWS and WISE more-or-less equally)
• contact The Citadel's Help Desk at (843) 953-HELP or via this email form.

About WISE:
WISE is a web-based service available to all Citadel faculty and staff. Employees may use WISE to view and manage a variety of employee information. (WISE stands for Web Information System for Employees.)

If you have lost your PIN:

WISE is managed by The Citadel's Human Resources department and The Citadel's Information Technology Services (ITS) department.
