Return Policy

Fall and Spring Semesters

Books may be returned for credit by the Add-Drop date for each semester in which they were purchased if the student is dropping the class or the class is cancelled. An Add-Drop slip will be required for credit.

Books must be in saleable condition, new books must be completely unmarked, and cash register receipt or copy of charge slip must be presented. Software sets with diskettes are not returnable for any reason if the shrink-wrap packaging is broken.

Maymester and Summer School

Books may be returned for credit within three days after the beginning of the session in which they were purchased if the student is dropping the class or the class is cancelled. An Add-Drop slip will be required for credit.

Add-Drop slips

An electronic copy of the Add-Drop slip may be obtained on the CGPS form web page. Paper copies of the Add-Drop slip may be obtained at the Registrar's Office or the CGPS Office.
