Newsletter: Any printed material published
and distributed on a regular basis to inform readers about The Citadel's
activities in a particular area of interest during a specific time period.

"Internal" refers to newsletters containing information for use by The
Citadel's own staff.

"External" refers to newsletters designed to create awareness of The Citadel's
activities and enhance public relations for a specific audience (other
than staff) relevant to The Citadel.
Ink Colors: All colors, including black.
Duplex Printing: Printing on both sides of
the page.
Coated Paper: A wood fiber paper with a baked
on, bleached clay coating.
Uncoated Paper: A wood and cotton fiber paper.
Cotton content may range from 25 to 100 percent.
Embossing: To decorate print with a raised
design.
Foil Stamping: A thin, flexible leaf or sheet
of metal.
Die Cuts: A process that cuts or shapes by
stamping, cutting or punching.
